Testimonials by program:

Rodrigo Sellustti, MBA Alumnus from Uruguay

The diversity was what made the seminars really interesting. We learned from each other how things were done differently or how cultures managed the same situations in different ways.

My experience at ISM really opened up my mind to a global level. I came from Uruguay, a small country with only 3 million inhabitants, so diversity is not seen as much. When I first arrived at ISM and met people from all 5 continents, different races, religions and cultures, it was really a nice surprise.

This diversity was what made the seminars really interesting. We learned from each other how things were done differently or how cultures managed the same situations in different ways. In addition, having small groups in class with teachers who were also from different places, made class very intimate and easygoing.

The ISM MBA program really opened doors for me, allowing me to apply for jobs at a higher level (managerial – CxO). Also, it is very valuable in the market, at least in South America, that the MBA program has been taken in Paris and New York, two of the most important cities in the world. This gives you the knowledge of how things are done globally.

I currently work in the Advisory Department at Ernst & Young. I am in charge of opening a new service line in the area of IT Managerial Consulting which brings the IT and the business areas of companies together so they can perform better.

Without the ISM MBA program, I could not do my current job. As a Software Engineer, I had not previously been exposed to the business world. Through all the seminars of the program, I gained knowledge about how things are done in finance, human resources, and all different areas of a company.
