An online course session is now open on the MyISM platform for students in all ISM programs for the Global Business Challenge Simulation which will run from November 1-16. The course will run in conjunction with the fall ACBSP Region 8 fall conference which Cesim is sponsoring by providing prize money.
First Prize: $500 USD
Second Prize: $300 USD
Third Prize: $100 USD
Students will be enrolling in a course taught by Director of Academic Affairs Matthew Andrews with the possibility of earning credits towards their degree. If you’ve already taken the course, you can’t earn academic credit for it a second time but you can still enroll and play the game (it will be considered auditing the course).
Teams will consist of between three and five students. The number of ISM students who enroll in the simulation will determine the number of ISM teams competing against teams of students from other schools. Winning teams will be announced during the conference, but you don’t have to be physically present to qualify. This is an online simulation, so students can participate from anywhere in the world.
